We recommend Dan and his company for any remodeling work that you might be contemplating to your property. At our request, initially over the phone, and then with a visit, Dan helped us lay out a beautiful and cost efficient basement redo. From insulated walls to enclosed ceilings to recessed lighting to painting and design and construction of an entertainment center(with storage benches), dan turned our unfinished basement to another livable room for entertaining. Dealing with all the township permit inspections and building a new handrail for the steps were other jobs that were included in the project.

I recently had my basement completely remodeled by Precision Decks & Remodeling and was very impressed with my entire experience. Dan Bowen, the owner, took the time to create a professional design to really map out what was feasible and what I wanted. He and his staff were not only friendly but always made it a point to get back to me in a timely manner. They cleaned up the basement regularly and the entire job only took 3 weeks! Dan had great customer service and I would definitely recommend Precision Decks & Remodeling to anyone who was looking to have a home remodeling project completed.

Hired Precision Decks to do a complete installation of a large deck on NJ beach house. Precision did an excellent job of demolishing the old deck and installing a new one using state-of-the-art materials. The Precision Team did custom work to insure a high-quality installation by milling deck planks to exactly mesh with the house, created a custom gate and added support columns for constructional integrity. Precision was at all time courteous, professional, and skillful. Highly recommended.
We decided to replace our 20 year old brick patio. I told Dan that i was very particular about the level of workmanship that i choose for my home. We wanted something of high quality, functional and low maintenance. We also wanted something more exciting than a rectangle. I had ideas and Dan worked with us to develop the ideas and refine them before he drew up the plans. It was a pleasure dealing with Dan and his team. They were polite, clean, helpful, and they worked hard to get the job done well and in a reasonable timeframe. Often they went above and beyond what was needed to ensure the quality and to accommodate our requests in the best possible manner. The structure of the deck is strong and solid. My wife and I had been considering replacing our wooden deck and stairs for our shore home for quite some time.
