We came upon Dan and Precision Deck and Remodeling by happenstance. It was a fortunate day after a series of catastrophic dealings with unscrupulous contractors in the Philadelphia area. The  experience turned out to be top notch all around: from first speaking with Chelsea on the telephone, to meeting Dan in person and seeing his vision for our proposed rooftop deck and finally meeting his skillful , courteous  and unobtrusive crew who completed the task ahead of schedule,  but definitely exceeding our expectations and wowing us with their results. Our family had a great experience with Precision Decks & Remodeling and would highly recommend them.  When I first contacted Precision, they immediately got back to us to schedule a consultation.  Soon thereafter, Dan came out to view our current third-floor city deck, opine on whether it could be salvaged, and went over our options for a replacement deck.  The team quickly put together a quote for our project with a estimated time frame for completion.  Once we were under contract, Chelsea provided regular updates on the status of the project and was super responsive to all of the questions we asked.  The Precision team also handled the City permitting process for us, which was great.  To our pleasant surprise, Precision was ultimately able to start our deck replacement project several months before the initial estimated installation date.  During the construction process, the crew was friendly and courteous, and went out of their way to minimize disruptions for us while we were working from home with a young child at home as well.  Precision finished the project very efficiently, the final product looked great, and we are now enjoying the use of our deck over the summer. Dan and Precision Decks installed an elevated 14x16' deck behind our home. I'm very happy with the final product and process - no complaints! The entire process from quote to finished build took about 5 months, but that long timeline was due to the permit required by the city, which Dan and co took care of (much appreciated!). Precision did a fantastic job with our roof deck replacement, working with us to deal with the non-standard parts of the design.  The whole project, from specs to permitting to demolition and construction was handled with total professionalism. Dan and his crew at precision decks did an excellent job. It was a long process with us needing a variance for the 2nd level deck on our 2 story home but he helped navigate us to success. Chelsea was also very responsive as the office contact. The crew of guys were professional and kept the house and outside area clean. Great to work with! Overall we are very happy with our roof deck and would recommend precision for any roofdeck needs and beyond. Precision Decks installed a beautiful 15x19 deck in our backyard.  The deck quality is exceptional with no flaws.  Additionally, Precision handled all of the dealing with the township approval process which is a huge relief.  The crew that put the deck together was extremely professional and completed the project in a matter of days; you would have never known they were here.  I highly recommend Precision Decks for anyone considering building a deck in the area.
